“User Experience: a human need well-defined and elegantly met.”
Selected Work
Every project is different in its own unique way, but my user experience research and design process is always consistent. Here's what I do and why I do it.
Discover
I learn about the market, the stakeholders, the problem, and the users to gather insights, identify trends, and look at the world from a new perspective.
Define
I distill discovery results into meaningful, actionable items to create a clear and concise summary that frames the core research or design challenge.
Develop
I identify feasible solutions then design, prototype, test, and iterate on them to improve, refine, and streamline the concept as much as possible.
Deliver
I determine the solution that best aligns user needs with business goals to finalize the product so that it can be developed and launched to the public.
Debrief
I consider the issues that I encountered throughout the project and the lessons I can learn from them in order to build better, more meaningful experiences.
